If not, or your prefer one with more robust features, there are a number of companies that you can get one either for free (if you allow them to advertise their company in all your emails) or for a small fee with no advertisement in your emails.

Email is a great marketing tool when you sell information because of how fast you can get it out and how cheap it is to use. You should be careful about what email address you select. When setting up your website, you want to use different email addresses depending on what purpose the visitor is contacting you for. Information requests might be info@yourdomain.com and sales requests might be sales@yourdomain.com. The owner should have one like president@yourdomain.com. This makes communication more direct.

An autoresponder is one of the best tools to implement if you want the ability to email thousands of potential and current customers. This is required, especially when you are selling because it often takes multiple contacts to make a sale. Autoresponders automate this process, which means you can make sales faster and be more effective when you sell information.
